With the goal of leading women from brokenness to financial independence, Every Woman Works, Inc. professional job readiness center is a safe, holistic supportive environment where women are given the opportunity to develop solid, transferable work skills, personal finance strategies and encouragement to embrace their sense of self-confidence. Since opening its doors in early 2004 as a non-profit 501c(3) organization, Every Woman Works, Inc. has achieved remarkable success in accomplishing its mission. Through our holistic approach, over twelve hundred (1200) women have participated in the program. Ninety percent (90%) of the women have attained employment. Eighty five percent (85%) have retained employment. Over twelve hundred (1200) women and three thousand (3000) children have been represented and served by Every Woman Works, Inc. These results speak well for the sponsors, supporters and the volunteer board and staff of Every Woman Works, Inc.
